| This annual award is named in honor of NY State and NCAA Div. 3 Champion John Gemmell. The award recognizes the hardest worker in the wrestling room, the individual who dedicates themselves everyday to the hours of drilling, lifting and conditioning that wrestlers must do to compete at their best. |
